REGISTRATION FOR THE CHAMPIONSHIP

REGISTRATION OF FEDERATION

As of the ECC2026 KTA and EBF is introducing the brand new BowlChamp.NET platform for registration of your federations participation in the championship.

You need to create a Federation user in the system (users created in the old system is NOT moved to the new platform) – when you create the user you choose your federation and then you can register for the championship.

When a registration has been made it is possible to change it until the deadline – note than a change of a submission can only be made by the user which made the submission.

You can also create one or more requests for hotel rooms etc. – the system should show everything when logged in. A federation can have more users and all users from that federation can see all data submitted for the federation. You can also start the registration but not submit it – then it will be saved as a draft until submitted.

The forms will open up in a new window, in the new EBF Admin system.  Follow the instructions on screen.

REGISTRATION OF BALLS

Registration of balls at the ECC2026 has to be made at the new BowlChamp.NET platform.

When your federation assigns you as an athlete to the championship, you will receive an email with an invitation to register balls to the championship.

You CANNOT register balls for the specific championship until your federation has assigned you as an athlete to the specific championship.

In case you already have create an user at the BowlPass.NET / BowlChamp.NET platform it must be that user you use for login and registration, in case you do NOT have an user at the platform you will receive an inviation email from the system when your federation has assigned you.

Then you have add all your bowling balls to “your equipment”, then you can choose which of the balls you want to register for the championship.
(In case you have registrered balls for the ECC already in the old system I will try to transfer the registrations – if problems with that we will contact you directly – you are also welcome to register again at the new platform)

When you have done that registration and you are onsite at the championship, the EBF Technical Delegate can see, verify and approve the selected balls.

When your federation has participated in the Official Practice you then have to choose which of your approved balls, you want to use as the 6 maximum allowed balls. In case you have 6 or less bowlingballs approved, you do not need to do anything after Official Practice.

NOTE! Deadline for selection of bowlingballs is 30 minutes after the conclusion of your federations official practice squad. (You can also see the deadline at the BowlChamp.NET platform – when we know which Official Practice squad your federation is participating in)
